Hi. This is James Oh. I am trained as a Chartered Accountant cum Legal backgrounds and spent 20 over years in the corporate world. I have gained broad, diversified and extensive experience from growing a private limited company to public listed company. When I was 47, I found my deep passion and niche in developing and inspiring people to see the invisible and do the impossible. This has led me to start several blogs in 2008 and series of lift you up books before I embark my training programs in 2011.

I have done numerous training programs and consulting projects for organizations like Citatah group of companies, M.I.R.A., UOB bank, IHRM, Vistage, MIA, ICSA, MACPA, Taylor and APII locally. Presently, I am an International Author, Speaker and Consultant and a Business coach for CEOS in Vistage.

Of course, I love what I do. I can unleash my invisible wealth and so can you. Do turn your past experience, your expertise or your passion into your wealth. But it is not just the money....it is the life that you dream and deserve!

I am a firm believer that people should do what they love to do in life. I am deeply sad to see people who are in jobs that they do not really like. More often than not, we do not pursue our dreams because of reason best known to us and chose to be in a comfortable zone rather than staying alive and do what you truly deserve.

Though this initial bold action seems irresponsible, it started to bear fruit after deliberate mentoring and training under numerous renowned mentors, such as Poh Yew, KC See, Daniel Teh and many others. I discovered a more fulfilling life. Coaching and mentoring is my passion. It is in my DNA to share what I know, the skill I have and the gifted talents from the above. 

I must admit that being a professional trainer not only optimizes my existing skills and qualification but what is more important is helping people to unleash their hidden potential for a better tomorrow. Training also is a fun and interesting profession in which the older you are, the more valuable you become.
